What is a "Color Coach"?
Color affects our moods and attitudes. Science has proven that each color stimulates different neurons in the brain that affect a wide array of things including a person’s emotional state, the ability to detect movement, and even one's appetite.
“Researchers have pinpointed the part of the brain responsible for conscious experience of color. The discovery, made by researchers at Harvard Medical School, came from careful analysis of brain areas activated when a person sees color”
A Color Coach, like Betsy Karp, applies her knowledge on color to her life counseling practice with the goal of helping people understand how color can be used as a tool to strengthen themselves emotionally and psychologically. Betsy's unique approach incorporates guided meditation, personal color analysis, and chakra healing to ensure that her clients walk away from each session feeling empowered, optimistic, and healed.
Betsy has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, The Chew, The Woman’s Connection, and Tara Marie Live. Her inspirational articles have been published in Yoga Life Magazine and she has published her own book Change; Build Your Self-Confidence through Color in 21 Days.
